Purpose of the role:
To be responsible for and administer a portfolio of companies, trusts and private funds and provide a good level of professional service in accordance with the policies and procedures and local regulatory requirements. Assisting the Manager by providing technical support and supervision of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Complete timesheet and ensure accurate time capture resulting in correct timely billing (for you and any direct reporting lines)
- Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operation and management of the team
- Overseeing and administering the purchase and sale of property including liaison with solicitors and agents in order to progress the transaction efficiently and complete relevant entries/documentation
- Attend to compliance department queries and requests relating to up to date CDD for clients and related entities
- Undertake any projects that may arise from time to time; involvement will be dependent on availability and the skill set required for each project
Skills required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Trust and Fiduciary services industry
- Table 4 Qualification
