Purpose of the role:
You will be an integral part of the team, responsible for ensuring delivery of excellent client service and that all client entities are maintained in line with ongoing requirements and the standards required.
Responsibilities:
- Client/structure data management in a timely manner as required; accuracy of core data being critical to the service standards
- Close collaboration with and support to Client Management and the Client Services teams, delivering specific administrative tasks required in meeting client or business needs
- Ensuring documents created are filed electronically and/or physically fully in line with house records management policy and using the technology available
- Accurate and on time recording of time and meeting utilisation targets to enable the business to invoice clients fully for the services provided
- Company secretarial functions for client management when required. All managed entities to be kept in good standing, in accordance with each jurisdictional deadline
- Providing administrative support functions to our FATCA/CRS/Economic Substance Manager
Skills required:
- STEP Certificate/IFA 4 (formerly ICSA Certificate)
- A Levels in relevant subjects
- Compliance with all policies
- High quality external communication
- Seek guidance where required
