Purpose of the role:
As an Client Service Director of the Corporate Division in Jersey, you will be an integral part of the senior management team responsible for development, growth, and the operational excellence for our Corporate Services team in Jersey.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the Jersey Corporate division administration team management (alongside the management team), work alongside the Head of Corporate to develop a best-in-class approach to client service and operational excellence
- Create strong relationships with other business lines, peers, and colleagues to ensure effective visibility and increased workability to deliver the wider jurisdiction and divisional business plan alongside the Head of Corporate
- Lead larger client relationships, ensuring their needs are fulfilled by the team with strong governance considerations and timely execution of activities at the forefront of the team’s mind
Skills required:
- A relevant professional table 4 qualification recognised by the JFSC, such as STEP/ICSA Diploma (now CGI)
- Experience operating at a senior leadership level, within a Corporate Services environment
- Strong knowledge of all risk and compliance regulation relevant to Jersey
