Purpose of the role:
To support the Head of Private Banking in all aspects of the management of their existing clients, prospects, intermediaries and new business referrals. To support clients with the management of their accounts and to be available as a primary contact for clients in Jersey.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day support to CEB/JSC across all areas of their private client relationships, including new business and intermediaries
- Liaise directly with clients, their advisers, prospects, and intermediaries on the provision of banking and investment related business
- Liaise with the Group providers of banking, credit, investment and wealth management services
- Manage and prepare client documents. This includes all account opening documents and internal client management documents and reports
- Control the execution of client payments, account transfers, FX deals, deposits and loans by liaising directly with the Client Services team
- Maintain and keep up to date all client records
- Initiate and manage all CRO reporting schedules
