Purpose of the role:
As a CRO, you will be responsible for developing your own dedicated client base and acting as the clients’ primary contact with the Bank in the capacity of their trusted advisor.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire and develop agreed levels of profitable client relationships and bring on net new assets to the Bank, with a view to growing and improving business and to deliver the Bank’s value proposition to clients and prospects
- Comply with all relevant policies, standards and procedures and any other relevant booking location in respect of clients, clients’ information, and reporting and other obligations in respect of that information
- Keep up with economic, political and cultural developments in relevant client markets
- Cross-sell other products and services as appropriate
- Instruct and supervise assigned assistants and other employees within the team according to their individual level of experience
Skills required:
- Complete discretion concerning clients and Bank activities
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work well within a team
- Logical and analytical Willingness and ability to travel for short periods abroad if appropriate
- Demonstrable knowledge/experience of Banking products and services
- Good IT skills, with particular knowledge of Microsoft Office
