Client Relationship Manager - Corporate Services

Purpose of the role:

To administer a portfolio of corporate structures in conjunction with the Senior Client Relationship Manager/Associate Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for company secretarial and administration matters for a number of corporate entities
  • Co-ordinate legal, tax and other professional advice where appropriate
  • Attend and minute client Board meetings and shareholders meetings
  • Ensure that the preparation, review and distribution of all company secretarial documentation and filings are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Develop and maintain the Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates for client relationships
  • Act as “B” level four-eyes signatory on administration matters, ensuring that company policy and professional and regulatory guidelines are adhered to and that a professional quality service is provided to clients and outside contacts

Skills required:

  • Extensive administration experience supported by a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent)
  • Sound technical financial services knowledge
  • Computer literacy skills are essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts
  • People management experience
  • Evidence of managing a small client relationship or part of a major client relationship
