Purpose of the role:
You will join the Jersey management team to deliver and develop a real estate administration services, in a manner that is aligned to the brand values and strategic business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Actively involved in the relationship management and service delivery for real estate and infrastructure clients
- Mentoring and leading a small team of Administrators who will report directly to you
- Manage the on-going training and development requirements of team members
- Actively manage the development and appraisal process for all direct reports
- Develop a strong working relationship with the other team members who are actively involved in the client relationships
- Liaise with the Financial Reporting team to ensure the timely and efficient administration of clients’ ad hoc, periodic and statutory financial statements
- Co-ordinate legal, tax and other professional advice
Skills required:
- Considerable practical fund administration and/or company secretarial experience
- Experience and track record of day to day management and supervision of a team
- Relevant professional qualification (ICSA, ACCA or equivalent) would be expected but is not mandatory if you can demonstrate sufficient relevant practical experience
- Previous experience of working with real estate structures would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite
