Purpose of the role:
Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and pro-active individual to join their global marketing team on a 12 month FTC to support the preparation, implementation and adoption of a new client relationship management system.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Client Intelligence Manager during the preparation, implementation and adoption of a new CRM platform
- Assist with cleansing, maintenance and preparation of data for migration to a new CRM solution
- Act as the primary contact for all day-to-day CRM related queries, to promote the use of the firm's CRM solution internally and build engagement across the teams
- Support the Client Intelligence Manager in some of the BAU day-to-day activity
- Develop a good working knowledge of the existing CRM database functionality, in particular the extraction and correct use of data
- Support data quality initiatives and process incoming data records and amendments in the firm’s current CRM database as well as in the new solution
- Manage the CRM Helpdesk mailbox and providing functional support to end users across the firm’s offices
Skills required:
- Experience using a CRM or eMail Marketing tool is desirable, but not essential
- A sound grasp on how data can be used in business development and marketing related activities
- Proficient in the main Microsoft applications
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks, time, budgets and people in order to meet deadlines
