Purpose of the role:
Our client is seeking a Manager to join their Private Client and Family office Team to run with the supervision, management and development of a team of Administrators, reporting directly into Senior Management on a varied, fast paced and energetic portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities:
- To have ownership and responsibility for a team of people who administer a portfolio of trusts, foundations and companies
- Responsibility for the mentoring and training of your team, and ensuring a four-eye principle is applied
- Personal Development: ensure continual personal & team improvement in technical & commercial awareness
- Acting as a channel of communication for upward and downward feedback
- To build relationships with your team, intermediaries, third parties and identified key client contacts so as to be seen as the first point of contact. To identify cross-sell opportunities and services from across the Single Source Solution to our clients
- Effective management of working capital requirements of the business, including WIP management including recoverability, billing, prompt fee collection, and effective management of staff productivity & utilisation
Skills required:
- Hold a professional qualification recognised by the JFSC
- Have excellent knowledge and understanding of offshore trust and company administration gained through previous experience in similar organisations
- Proven knowledge of appropriate Jersey legislation and regulation with the ability to demonstrate both compliance, risk and audit awareness
