Purpose of the role:
The Client Accountant must be driven and focused on providing exceptional service to clients through maintaining bookkeeping records and preparing financial statements.
Responsibilities:
- Processing entries into the Business Central system to maintain up-to-date, accurate accounting records for a variety of clients.
- Setting up accounting records for clients and close ledgers for closed clients.
- Preparing management accounts for clients, which may include; cash flow forecasts, income and expenditure forecasts, asset statements, budgets and other ad-hoc reports.
About you:
- You will have previous experience working within a trust environment or relevant financial services business.
- Experience of bookkeeping for trusts (importance of income and capital segregation) and companies, financial statement preparation and review, and consolidation of financial statements.
