Purpose:
To provide assistance to the Accounts Manager in order to meet required tax reporting and regulatory reporting deadlines for our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of accounts for Trust client companies and trusts as delegated in accordance with laid down procedures.
• Preparation of OneNote file for review by Team Leader and Engagement Director.
• Bookkeeping computerised books of accounts in respect of trust client companies and trusts.
• Preparation of business/company tax computations.
• Clearance of review points
Qualifications and experience:
• Have 3 -5 years of experience in a trust accounts role and hold or be working towards a recognised accounting qualification such as CAT / ACCA / ACA.
• Technical knowledge of Excel would be an advantage, other useful programmes include Power Bi and Alteryx although these are not essential for the role
