Purpose of the role:
You will be a key team member in ensuring superior client experience by providing excellent administrative and organisational support in all client-related processes. As a main point of contact for a Financial Intermediaries, you will deliver optimal support services in processing orders and dealing with queries.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Client Advisors with administrative/organisational arrangements
- Process client-related orders independently (execute security and FX deals, payments, opening/closing of accounts)
- Dealing and resolving FIM queries by phone and e-mail
- Dealing with the FIM’s clients directly (when appropriate)
- Assist in the handling and resolution of risk, compliance and document related matters in close collaboration with the Middle Office and the desk’s Process and Quality Specialist
Skills required:
- Financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry
- A degree or equivalent financial qualifications would be preferable, but not essential
- Good knowledge of MS-Office applications
- Genuine interest in financial markets and in dealing with institutional-like clients
