Purpose of the role:
As the Change Management Support Administrator, you will report into the Programme Manager and will work collaboratively within the Change Team function to support the delivery of the business change agenda. Taking a proactive, driven and consistent approach providing administrative support and high-quality reporting within a defined governance structure as well as supporting with day-to-day project administration.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare project performance and progress reports for submission to senior stakeholders
- Participate where requested to support project delivery stages; planning, design, testing and implementation
- Track project budgets (spent versus forecast)
- Support with documenting meeting minutes and actions accurately and in a timely manner
- Schedule project meetings and issue agenda packs as requested by the Programme Manager
Skills required:
- Educated to A level standard
- Working experience in (project) administration
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office. Focus on Outlook, Word and Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritise own and others work
- Motivated and driven to work in a fast paced environment
