Purpose of the role:
You will drive employee adoption of change initiatives across the company to maximise return on investment whilst writing and delivering communications to support the embedding of change, working within the communications framework.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, deliver and manage internal communications to best affect business change in collaboration with the Internal Communications and Engagement team
- Input into the maintenance of the change heat map/one view of all change linking into this all initiatives responsible for (avoiding clashes/conflict/too much at once) - to ensure you can see what change is expected and when
- Consult with areas of the business to assess the potential impact of change activity
- Liaising with SMEs for change initiatives, upskilling where necessary to ensure the effective deployment of relevant change training, driving the adoption of changes to and process improvements as well as technology developments
- Lead and manage an agreed schedule of activities to educate, upskill and prepare the organisation to adopt good practices and improve our client delivery
- Advise and influence key stakeholders to evolve the co-ordination and delivery of change initiatives, building the processes and infrastructure to facilitate successful business implementation
Skills required:
- Ideally a relevant change management qualification with a solid understanding of "the people side of change" along with experience of deploying a range of techniques to positively influence
- Very strong written and verbal communications skills, with proven ability to design and deliver complex communications plans through simple, plain English and targeted communications
- Ability to create and clearly articulate messages to variety of audiences, through a variety of mediums
- Very strong organisational skills and the ability to create detailed plans and monitoring of these
