Business Systems Manager

Purpose of the role:

You will be responsible for ensuring the successful and ongoing delivery of NavOne to the business, providing subject matter experience and technical knowledge as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Support all business users in their daily user of NavOne, providing technical support as required
  • Successful management of all NavOne related service desk tickets, bugs, and performance issues
  • Be the primary technical contact with the NavOne supplier, TrustQuay and ensure all queries are raised through Customer Hub and managed to successful conclusion
  • Develop, test, and implement new and existing system functionality. Act as IT lead and business systems specialist in any future upgrades to the core system ensuring that clear specifications, integration documentation and testing is conducted
  • Develop and implement a NavOne induction programme for all new joiners, providing training to all new joiners and occasional training relating to new functions and upgrade features

Skills required:

  • Relevant NavOne Business Central certification or Microsoft Dynamics orientated qualification or demonstrable work-based experience
  • Ideally hold Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2, Association for Project Management (“APM”), Project Management Institute (“PMI”) or Six Sigma
  • Relevant NavOne Business Central certification or Microsoft Dynamics orientated qualification or demonstrable work-based experience
