About the role:
The role takes primary responsibility for facilitating the upkeep and maintenance of the Risk and Control Self Assessments for all relevant regulated entities, working closely with the Business Control Officer(s) of each, who will provide local oversight
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Global Business Control Unit in executing the Group’s risk management strategy, risk appetite, and framework.
- Primary responsibility for facilitating the upkeep and maintenance of the Risk and Control Self Assessments for all relevant regulated FO entities.
- Advisor to the Directors for related regulatory reporting, i.e. Business Risk Assessments, etc. as applicable given local legislation.
Skills and experience required:
- Degree in Law, Finance, Business, Compliance, Risk Management or similar.
- Senior-level experience in risk management within financial services, wealth management, or fiduciary sectors.
- Strong technical understanding of enterprise and operational risk management.
- Experience leading or contributing to risk technology projects or risk system implementations.
