Purpose of the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and gaining exposure to senior leaders across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help deliver strategic priorities and long term business goals.
- Acting as a trusted support to the COO, coordinating key priorities and ensuring critical initiatives are delivered successfully.
- Producing high-quality briefings, presentations and Board papers that help shape senior leadership discussions and decision making.
Skills required:
- A strong understanding of the financial services regulatory landscape in Jersey and Guernsey.
- Knowledge of corporate governance frameworks, Board reporting and committee structures within a regulated environment.
- Experience of delivering projects and business change initiatives, with knowledge of project management methodologies.
