Purpose of the role:
You will work in support of the business development and marketing function for a Family Office Services group to develop, implement and measure business development effectiveness globally.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for business development activities for the Group, working with the Marketing and Business Development team to implement service line plans
- Oversight of new business targets and ensure all teams have pipelines tracked in CRM and prepare reports on business pipelines as requested
- Manage local and global company seminars, sponsorships, events and business development initiatives
- Identification of target events and participants
- Provide progress reports on activity to ensure effective departmental communication
- Manage external agencies and ensure agreed budgets are met
Skills required:
- A Levels or equivalent (BTEC, IB)
- University Degree in a related field
- CIM qualification or similar or industry relevant qualification
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a marketing or business development role in a professional services firm
- Experience working closely with Senior Management, including Board level directors
- Experience in trust and company administration
