Purpose of the role:
Co-ordinate local IT and business response to both Group-led and local IT projects and support the Madrid-based IT Helpdesk by providing local IT Proximity reports in the event that situations cannot be resolved remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure BCP documentation is maintained and up to date
- Determine and assess need for additional internal/external resources and appraise the Sponsor of any requirement
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Ensure incidents are resolved. allowing resumption of normal business operation as soon as possible
- Ensure clear and timely client/user communication on all significant IT incidents
Skills required:
- Understanding of Business Structure
- Understanding of local Risk Appetite
- Excellent written and spoken skills
- Able to create clear and concise documentation
- Time Keeping and Prioritization skills
- Basic project management skills (plan creation, understanding of budgets, RAID management)
