Purpose of the role:
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to join their growing team to help deliver change projects, solve business issues and drive efficiency and change across the group.
Responsibilities:
The dual role will be responsible for the facilitation of operational change, primarily focussed on our core administration platforms (Viewpoint/BankClarity/Allvue) as well as driving the delivery of process improvement initiatives including process mapping, workshop facilitation, improvement identification and workflow management.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role with experience of process and system improvement in the finance industry. Strong data analytical skills with advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI or other management information products is also key for this role.
