Purpose of the role:
Our client is looking for a part-time Bookkeeper to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Processing and payment of invoices (following the accepted corporate process in place i.e. approvals, initial cost coding, payment listing, bank processing, remittance sending - all automated)
- Document filing and enhancement of database (SharePoint) for the business
- General administrative tasks involved with a small (start-up) office
- Coordination of travel and other related bookings
- General accounting reconciliation tasks such as bank rec and ledger recs
- Ad-hoc duties such as website and proofreading
Skills required:
- Ideally, an office all-rounder and a self-starter
