About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Banking Operations Manager to oversee and manage banking platforms and payment processes across our clients Channel Islands (CI) and UK teams within our Governance Services business.
Key responsibilities:
• Be responsible for the banking platforms and their management across CI & UK.
• Implement a suitable payments system and take responsibility for ongoing development, improvements and integration with other systems. Coordinate with vendors, IT, and business units to ensure successful implementation and future maintenance.
• Administer banking platforms for internal users and external clients and ensure appropriate access rights are granted and maintained for all users.
• Implement and monitor controls to mitigate operational and fraud risks.
Skills and requirements:
• Proven experience in banking operations or financial systems management.
• Strong understanding of banking platforms and payment systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and fiduciary duties.
