About the role:
To assist with delivering the strategic plans for the Private Client department by securing and deploying the resources necessary to meet the current and future needs of the department. To provide a high quality and comprehensive company and trust administration service.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with the implementation and management of the Company’s direction and strategic objectives.
- Assisting with developing and delivering the strategic plans for the department, securing and deploying the resources necessary to meet the current and future needs of the Company. Ensuring that the Company meets both internal and external financial, regulatory, legal and strategic requirements.
- Effectively interact with directors and peers to ensure a substantial impact on company direction and strategic objectives.
- Actively participating in new business generation ensuring the growth of the business from both existing and potential clients.
Client Service:
- Responsibility for the high-level oversight of the administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures, in particular those of a highly complex nature.
- Ensuring that the quality of the service given to all clients is excellent and in accordance with agreed and expected professional standards.
- Oversee the incoming and outgoing workflow of the section, with a view to ensuring prompt, effective and proactive responses to client needs.
- Working with your team to develop strong client relationships.
New Business:
- Active participation in new business generation ensuring the growth of the business from both existing and potential clients.
- Develop client and intermediary relationships including seeking opportunities for cross-selling Hour client's products and services.
