Purpose of the role:
In this role, you will manage a team of Fund Compliance Specialists in several locations across the group and act as key person to the fund administration business/funds in Jersey.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and strategic decisions for aligning the group GRC model to relevant offices across Europe, Asia and America
- Supporting the Fund Boards and the administration team in Jersey from a compliance perspective
- Be able to fulfil the duties of a CO/MLCO to the fund business in Jersey including board attendance
- Liaison with specialist compliance monitoring and periodic review teams and managing reporting thereof

- Have detailed knowledge and experience of relevant laws and regulations relating to Funds/Fund Administrators in Jersey
- Ability to take initiative, be adaptive and flexible in problem solving and deliver sustainable change outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Excellent team management skills, including co-ordination across multiple jurisdictions
