Purpose of the role:
You will be part of a leadership team and develop a team providing corporate administration, secretarial, bookkeeping and accounting services to diverse corporate and institutionally owned multi-jurisdictional structures, consisting of companies, limited partnerships and other vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Manage a portfolio of corporate clients ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
- Fiduciary Duties: Act as Director or alternate director of client companies administered by Corporate Services
- Team Management: Manage the performance of a Corporate Services team within the department to deliver agreed business plan and targets
- Business Development: Support the business development programme by proactively developing client relationships, contributing to cross-selling opportunities and participating in new client proposals and pitches
- Financials and strategic KPIs: Oversee financial performance of client portfolio and drive profitability
Skills required:
- Be ACA, ACCA or ICSA qualified
- Have experience in a similar role
- A strong relevant professional network
- Sound technical knowledge and understanding of the fiduciary products
- Computer literacy and word processing skills are essential, including advanced proficiency in accounting tools, such as Microsoft Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts
