Associate Director Client Services - Jersey

About the role:

You'll work closely with the Corporate Jersey Head on the ongoing development and management of our corporate services in Jersey

Key responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage the day-to-day activities of the corporate team to include timely and accurate work, meeting deadlines, managing WIP and debt.
  • Ensure consistency of client service levels across the corporate team and deal swiftly with any identified issues.
  • Ensure that all corporate team members have an understanding of the transactions they are working on, provide technical support and training to them as and when required.

Skills and experience:

  • Proven corporate administration experience at a senior level
  • A relevant professional qualification (such as CGI or STEP)
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks, time and people to meet deadlines
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills; a real team player
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
