About the role:
You'll work closely with the Corporate Jersey Head on the ongoing development and management of our corporate services in Jersey
Key responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the day-to-day activities of the corporate team to include timely and accurate work, meeting deadlines, managing WIP and debt.
- Ensure consistency of client service levels across the corporate team and deal swiftly with any identified issues.
- Ensure that all corporate team members have an understanding of the transactions they are working on, provide technical support and training to them as and when required.
Skills and experience:
- Proven corporate administration experience at a senior level
- A relevant professional qualification (such as CGI or STEP)
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks, time and people to meet deadlines
- Highly developed interpersonal skills; a real team player
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
