Purpose of the role:
You will work closely with a Global Operations Director on the change management and strategic initiatives to ensure that the Governance Services teams have the tools and capabilities they need to deliver services to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, communicate and execute strategic projects and operational initiatives for Governance Services in all locations, as well as dealing with operational aspects of business-as-usual
- Work with the Global Operations Director and members of the Operations team in identifying and implementing improvements to service delivery model and internal operating model across the business with a focus on IT solutions
- Develop workflows, forms and enhancements to increase efficiency, automation, standardisation and controls across jurisdictions working closely with IT and the business
- Use your own IT skills to develop solutions using low code toolkits, reporting software and other applications to create quick solutions to business opportunities where possible
- Support system upgrades and related testing in Governance Services
- Act as a key member within group-wide project teams, delivering specific work packages within a project where necessary
Skills required:
- Proven ability to lead and deliver projects to a high standard with good knowledge of the global trust and corporate services industry
- 10+ years experience within the trust and corporate services industry
- Demonstrable IT experience with industry applications and development
- It is essential for you to be able to demonstrate a passion for technology related solutions with knowledge of specialist industry software, especially Viewpoint
