Purpose of the role:
To provide assistance and support to the team with the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of client company and trust structures, ensuring that an efficient and high-quality service is delivered to our clients at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring receipt of funds and providing confirmation when received
- Drafting simple correspondence for review to include emails, letters, minutes
- Assist with opening bank accounts
- Maintaining and updating data on our systems
- Dealing with safe custody items
- Assisting with completion of checklists and new business take on forms
Skills required:
- Educated to minimum GCSE level or equivalent
- Some office or general administrative experience would be an advantage but is not essential
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with colleagues, intermediaries, and clients at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal English, including a confident telephone manner
- Good IT skills with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
