Assistant Trust Officer - Jersey

About the role:

This role is a brilliant opportunity for anyone looking to start their career in corporate administration. Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing payment instructions and checking supporting documents and undertaking call backs to verify the details.
  • Understanding the different requirements and processes for different categories of clients.
  • Monitoring receipt of funds and providing confirmation when received.
  • Drafting simple correspondence for review to include emails, letters, minutes

Key skills and experience:

  • Educated to minimum GCSE level or equivalent
  • Some office or general administrative experience would be an advantage but is not essential
