Purpose of the role:
To manage a portfolio of clients belonging to the Company or one of the entities managed by it, including all aspects of client service, regulatory adherence, billing, record maintenance, risk managements, CDD monitoring, client engagement and communications and task management.
Responsibilities:
- Work in a senior capacity administering a portfolio of trusts, companies and foundations including liaising with Clients, banks, and investment managers as and when required
- Maintain a day-to-day relationship with your Clients including attendance at Client meetings and delivery of finalised transactions
- Work with the Client Directors, and the team, on a day-to-day basis, managing workloads and keeping them apprised of ongoing Client administration matters
- Train and develop junior staff
- Maintain a highly relevant understanding of policies and procedures and ensuring all administration is undertaken in accordance with those policies and procedures
- Maintain a full understanding of, and adherence to, all applicable legislation and regulations, particularly AML/CFT laws
- Ensure adherence to all of the policies, procedures and codes of conduct
Skills required:
- Proven experience in a client engagement management role
- Strong task and diary management skills with a focus on task completion and delivery
- Sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements applicable to Jersey Trust Company Business including AML obligations
