Purpose of the role:
You will be an enthusiastic and committed member of a team focused on delivering high quality service to the Trust and Fiduciary clients in the private wealth industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to other members of the team and administer a portfolio of clients ensure quality delivery of delivery
- Maintaining and developing relationships with their own portfolio and the wider team’s clients
- Maintaining and developing working relationship with third parties
- Ensuring that all business is conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures of Group and the rules, guidelines and expectations of the local regulator
- Identify new opportunities to develop both existing and new client relationships
- Work collaboratively within the team to support the strategic and operational objectives
- Understand, embrace and practice culture and values
- Compliance considerations and appropriate processes, policies and procedures
Skills required:
- Minimum three years of Trust and Company administration experience
- Ability to prioritise workload, manage time effectively
- Solid all round Trust administration skills
- Private clients/ family office relationship management
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory and legal frameworks
- NavOne Experience will be an advantage.
