Assistant Relationship Manager

Purpose of the role:

You will be an enthusiastic and committed member of a team focused on delivering high quality service to the Trust and Fiduciary clients in the private wealth industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to other members of the team and administer a portfolio of clients ensure quality delivery of delivery 
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with their own portfolio and the wider team’s clients
  • Maintaining and developing working relationship with third parties
  • Ensuring that all business is conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures of Group and the rules, guidelines and expectations of the local regulator
  • Identify new opportunities to develop both existing and new client relationships
  • Work collaboratively within the team to support the strategic and operational objectives
  • Understand, embrace and practice culture and values  ​​​​​​​
  • Compliance considerations and appropriate processes, policies and procedures

Skills required:

  • Minimum three years of Trust and Company administration experience
  • Ability to prioritise workload, manage time effectively
  • Solid all round Trust administration skills
  • Private clients/ family office relationship management
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory and legal frameworks
  • NavOne Experience will be an advantage.
