Assistant Manager/Manager - Transfers & Loans

Purpose of the role:

You will assist with the management of the Transfers & Distributions team including coaching/mentoring the team, being a point of escalation for member queries and running/analysing reports both for internal commentary and to meet regulatory reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and oversight of team and all associated distribution, transfer, loan and pension payment requests
  • Oversight and mitigation of all risks within the team
  • Maintain and develop relationships with UHNW and HNW individuals with a focus on retention of key clients through enhanced member experience
  • Liaise with intermediaries to ensure transactions are concluded in a timely manner with appropriate paperwork in place
  • Source legal and tax advice and act as main point of contact for advisors
  • Respond to/investigate participant queries in a timely manner, and provide regular updates to clients
