About the role:
You'll be taking on specific responsibilities for managing a complex client structure and providing support to colleagues on the existing portfolio of clients and other new business opportunities. The type of structures you will be involved with will include discretionary Trusts, Foundations and Private Trustee Companies.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and take responsibility for a portfolio of ultra-high net worth clients in the provision of corporate and fiduciary services and ensure that client relationships and transactions are managed effectively and to a high standard
- Act as a role model to all Governance Services employees and assist in developing a team who act in accordance with the firm's values and in parallel to the law firm service levels
- Demonstrate you have an understanding of the transactions you are working on, provide technical support and training to team members as and when required. Be able to present work in a methodical, timely and complete manner for formal trustee and director consideration
Requirements:
- Private client/wealth experience in administering and managing similar structures (preferred but not essential)
- Have proven industry experience and hold a relevant professional qualification such as STEP and ICSA or be working towards a recognised qualification
