Purpose of the role:
Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their growing Real Estate Fund Team and assist with the supervision, management and development of a team of Administrators. You will also be delivering a comprehensive first class administrative service to a portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for a portfolio of clients (including complex clients)
- Travel to meet with clients
- Liaise with own clients
- Delegate tasks as appropriate for own clients to junior team members
- Review data and escalate amendments as required to maintain data integrity
- Supervise more junior team members
- Assist with the management of the workflow of junior team members
- Review of incoming post for own clients and that of directly reporting junior team members
- Scheduling meetings - delegating as appropriate
- Meeting requests - delegating as appropriate
- Attend meetings for own clients
- Producing draft agenda
- Producing reports - delegating as appropriate
- Collating information - delegating as appropriate
- Analyse WIP for own and team clients
- Prepare BCF (billing control forms) and WIP (work in process reports) for team
- Requesting CDD documentation
- Understanding what is appropriate and acceptable
Skills required:
- Table 4 qualification such as (but not restricted to)
- ICSA Diploma
- STEP Diploma
- Any other Table 4 qualification
- 6 years’ relevant industry administration experience
- Experience of developing and coaching others on a one to one basis
- Experience in a supervisory role
