Purpose of the role:
Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their growing Real Estate Fund Team and assist with the supervision, management and development of a team of Administrators.
Responsibilities:
- Delegate tasks as appropriate for own clients to junior team members
- Detailed knowledge of the differing requirements/processes for high risk clients
- Travel to meet with clients
- Supervise more junior team members
- Assist with the management of the workflow of junior team members
- Perform high level review of client accounts/financial statements
- Drafting minutes and resolutions
Skills required:
- Table 4 qualification such as (but not restricted to)
- ICSA Diploma
- STEP Diploma
- Any other Table 4 qualification
- 6 years’ relevant industry administration experience
- Experience of developing and coaching others on a one to one basis
- Experience in a supervisory role
