Purpose of the role:
A Real Estate Funds team are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to assist with the supervision, management and development of a team of Administrators.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the review of financial statements for own portfolio
- Assist with the development/enhancement of team specific procedures
- Attend meetings for senior team members clients by request
- Producing draft agenda
- Delegating and reviewing minutes drafted by directly reporting junior team members
- Prepare BCF (billing control forms) and WIP (work in process reports) for team
- Conducting reviews on own clients - delegating part to team as appropriate
- Review reviews conducted by directly reporting junior staff
- Requesting CDD documentation
Skills required:
- Table 4 qualification such as (but not restricted to)
- ICSA Diploma
- STEP Diploma
- Any other Table 4 qualification
- 6 years’ relevant industry administration experience
- Experience of developing and coaching others on a one to one basis
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office
