Purpose of the role:
In this role you will assist with the supervision, management and development of a team of Administrators. You will deliver a comprehensive first class administrative service to a portfolio of more complex and high net worth clients in line with the defined business activities and maintain and enhance client relationships on own portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for a portfolio of clients (including complex clients)
- Travel to meet with clients
- Liaise with own clients
- Delegate tasks as appropriate for own clients to junior team members
- Detailed knowledge of the differing requirements/ processes for high risk clients
- Supervise more junior team members
- Assist with the management of the workflow of junior team members
- Review of incoming post for own clients and that of directly reporting junior team members
- Perform high level review of client accounts / financial statements
- Requesting CDD documentation
- Drafting minutes and resolutions
- Delegating and reviewing minutes drafted by directly reporting junior team members
- Analyse WIP for own and team clients
- Prepare BCF (billing control forms) and WIP (work in process reports) for team
- Send out invoices to clients
Skills required:
- Table 4 qualification such as (but not restricted to)
- ICSA Diploma
- STEP Diploma
- Any other Table 4 qualification
- 6 years’ relevant industry administration experience
- Experience of developing and coaching others on a one to one basis
- Experience in a supervisory role
