Purpose of the role:
Drawing on your existing experience in Private Wealth administration you'll be able to add immediate value and make a difference to our fast-paced organisation. Every day brings a new challenge so you’ll need to be a team player at heart, with an eye for detail, great organisational skills so you can prioritise your day and at times meet conflicting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Open dialogue, working collaboratively and instilling trust, through honesty integrity and sincerity is essential
- Sharing your knowledge and experience is key so collectively you'll find solutions to build strong customer relationships with existing and new clients gaining insight into their needs and delivering customer-centric solutions
- You'll need to ensure the company are compliant with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures and use your own judgement to identify any risks or concerns ensuring you report them in a timely manner
Skills required:
- The right to live and work in Jersey
- Minimum 5+ years Private Wealth Administration experience
- Relevant Industry experience
- Good Knowledge of the Finance Industry in Jersey
- Preferably ICSA or STEP qualified or equivalent
- Preferably Member of relevant Professional Institute
