Objective & role:
Responsibility for the administration of a portfolio of Private Equity Collective Investment Funds and related structures
Principal Responsibilities:
- Assisting the manager in overseeing and coordinating the general day to day administration of the team
- Assisting the manager with the development of staff and develop and maintain good relationships with clients;
- Holding appraisal interviews, completion of appraisal and job description forms and other related documentation.
- Review of work carried out by the team, including client and investor correspondence and banking instructions;
Key attributes:
- The individual will be expected to have a sound knowledge of the Fund Administration business and Fund documentation.
- Working towards a relevant qualification
- Individuals will be required to confidently liaise with clients on a day-to-day basis
