Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, this role leads and supports the planning, development, and delivery of integrated marketing and communications initiatives that align with the Group’s growth strategy. Responsibilities include managing multi-channel campaigns, overseeing key marketing projects, and working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure all activity supports business objectives and strengthens brand positioning.
Principal Accountabilities
- Lead marketing campaigns, plan, deliver, and track multi-channel campaigns across the Group, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and timelines
- Drive growth and develop strategic campaigns to support client acquisition, retention, and cross-sell opportunities across markets and service lines
- Build strong relationships with senior leadership to secure alignment, share insights, and ensure campaigns reflect business priorities
- Collaborate with intermediaries, chambers, and industry partners on joint initiatives, co-branded content, and events to extend reach and engagement
