Purpose of the role:
You will provide high quality managerial support and supervise the workloads of the administrators within the Jersey team.
Responsibilities:
- To comply with all internal policies and procedures
- Supervision of the Administrators, their daily workloads and general performance
- Escalation point in relation to any potential screening matches or identified client risk
- Maintaining the content within Compliance Registers
- Assist with board reporting and similar management information
- Completion of CMP testing, identifying risk and recommending solutions
- Manage the remediation of the CMP testing, identifying risk and recommending solutions
Skills required:
- Experience of working in an office environment in particular within the Corporate/Trust industry
- Excellent understanding of the Jersey Regulatory Framework and AML / CFT Statutory Legislation
- Management and supervision experience
- An understanding of high-risk features such as PEP’s, sanctions, sensitive business activities, material jurisdictional connections
- Knowledge of statutory filing requirements in relation to the specific client structure (desirable)
- Relevant compliance qualifications e.g. ICA (desirable)
- Experience of Navision (NAV) (desirable)
- Experience of RiskScreen (desirable)
