Purpose of the role:
Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their innovative team, delivering a comprehensive first class administrative service to a portfolio complex and high net worth clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the review of financial statements for own portfolio
- Liaise with all intermediaries and external agents such as auditors and the JFSC in respect of own clients
- Review all out going correspondence (any media) direct reporting junior team members
- Assist with the development/enhancement of team specific procedures
- Perform high level review of client accounts/financial statements
- Preparing/delegating as appropriate
- Draw down checklists
- Preparation of CARA’s for own clients
Skills required:
- Table 4 qualification such as (but not restricted to)
- ICSA Diploma
- STEP Diploma
- Any other Table 4 qualification
- 6 years’ relevant industry administration experience
- Experience of developing and coaching others on a one to one basis
- Experience in a supervisory role
