Purpose of the role:
To assist and support the Management team with the administration of a portfolio of corporate structures.
Responsibilities:
- Liaison with legal and other professional advisers in relation to the completion of client driven transactions
- Preparation/reviewing of all client deliverables and reports
- Dealing with a varied range of client queries
- Act as a “B” signatory on administration matters, including payments, ensuring that company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Co-ordinating the various Directors’ diaries to confirm dates for board/client meetings and setting up rooms/arranging facilities etc.
- Supervision of the collation of board papers from different sources and creating agendas and board packs for the Directors
- Attend and minute Board and Committee meetings and arrange for the signing thereon
Skills required:
- Be professionally qualified, or part qualified, in ICSA/ACCA/ICAEW or equivalent
- Have 5 years+ experience working in a financial services environment
- Have advanced accounting and/or administration skills
- Have some Legal knowledge
- Have some corporate tax/tax knowledge
- Have an attitude that inspires respect and to be capable of taking the lead
