About you:
You'll be responsible for providing high quality administration for a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients with particular emphasis on the client service aspects of the business, delivering excellent client services levels at all times.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer a portfolio of corporate clients and ensure that client relationships and transactions are managed effectively and to a high standard
- Act as a role model to all Governance Services employees and assist in developing a team of motivated, highly proficient administrators who act in accordance with the firm's values and in parallel to the law firm service levels
- Ensure you understand the transactions you're working on, provide technical support and training to team members as and when required
- Ensure client expectations are properly managed, and valuable relationships are nurtured so as to maximise the reputation of the team in the marketplace and the potential for repeat work and referrals
Skill and experience required:
- Proven corporate administration experience
- You'll hold a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or CGI)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft desktop software
- Knowledge of specialist software e.g. Document Management Systems and Viewpoint would be an advantage
- Having good communication and interpersonal skills
