About the role/Purpose of the role:
To assist with administration duties and activities required to support the successful management and completion of Clients reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the review and drafting of client profiles and risk assessments including but not limited to i.e. Post client-on-boarding (120 day), Periodic, Reduced Services and PEP reviews for multiple jurisdictions, ensuring that reviews are conducted and administered in accordance with policies and procedures, legal and regulatory obligations, client confidentiality and in accordance with the respective review cycle.
- Undertake evaluation of World-check 1/ media check screening output.
- Undertake scanning/filing.
- Assist management with resolving issues identified from conducting varies types of reviews.
- Assist management with the timely production of Management Information.
- Work collaboratively on project with team members, ensuring progress is communicated to the line Manager at appropriate intervals.
- Assist with monitoring and managing the relevant Team email inbox.
- Undertake any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.
- Adhere to Risk & Associated Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
- Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures.

- A positive “can do” attitude and a good team player.
- Good keyboard skills to include MS Excel and ability to learn systems used within the business (Essential).
