Assistant Manager, Fund Company and Company Governance - Jersey

Purpose of the role:

The role will support the Funds team in providing company secretarial and corporate governance services to a varied and exciting portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing Company Secretarial support to Jersey domiciled fund structures
  • Ensure client entities comply with Jersey law, relevant fund regulations and constitutional documents
  • Prepare board meeting agendas and board materials

Skills required:

  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • 5 years’ experience in company secretarial, corporate governance or fiduciary role within a fund administration team or business
  • CGI qualified or be working towards industry recognised qualification
