About the role:
An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join a Finance Operations team. Working alongside the Finance Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing our accounts payable and accounts receivable teams across multiple jurisdictions, including Jersey, Guernsey, Hong Kong, and London.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Finance Operations Manager, overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Coach and develop a team of financial operations professionals, ensuring the team has the skills and resources to meet operational goals.
- Work with each team member to meet objectives and maximise their potential through effective development plans.
Requirements:
- Degree-level education and/or a professional qualification in finance is desirable.
- Proven track record of successfully operating within a partnership culture and/or professional services environment.
- Collaborative team skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with team members and wider stakeholders.
