About the role:
You'll be responsible for providing high quality administration for a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients with particular emphasis on the client service aspects of the business, delivering excellent client services levels at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Administer a portfolio of corporate clients and ensure that client relationships and transactions are managed effectively and to a high standard
- Act as a role model to all Governance Services employees and assist in developing a team of motivated, highly proficient administrators who act in accordance with the firm's values
- Ensure you have an understanding of the transactions you're working on, provide technical support and training to team members as and when required
Skills required:
- Proven corporate administration experience
- You'll hold a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or CGI)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft desktop software
