About the role:
You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, being a key primary contact for a prestigious client and becoming a technical lead to our clients, administration and accounting teams.
Responsibilities:
- Administer a portfolio of corporate clients and ensure that client relationships and transactions are managed effectively and to a high standard
- Act as a role model to all Governance Services employees and assist in developing a team of motivated, highly proficient administrators who act in accordance with the firm's values
- Ensure you have an understanding of the transactions you're working on, provide technical support and training to team members as and when required
Skills required:
- Proven corporate administration or accounting experience
- You'll hold a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP, CGI, ACCA or equivalent)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft desktop software
