Purpose of the role:
You will manage the fund administration of a cornerstone client and potentially provide oversight over accounting. This role will help to drive the delivery of the business's strategy, work on projects and process improvements, as well as contribute to business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the team delivers high-quality, accurate, and timely services to the client, in accordance with established procedures
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client
- Review and approve work produced by the team
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Help drive the delivery of the business strategy
- Work on projects and process improvements
- Contribute to business development activities for the acquisition of new clients
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
Skills required:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in fund services (administration and/or accounting)
- Strong knowledge of fund administration and accounting processes
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
